Ref: Deferment of the date of Book Closure for the payment of final dividend for the financial year 2006-07
The Board of Directors of the Company has decided that consequent to the change of the erstwhile date of Annual General Meeting (i.e. 30.7.2007 ) , the date of ‘Book Closure’ ( i.e. 9.7.2007 to 16.7.2007) is also been deferred near to the date of fresh date of Annual General meeting (AGM) in the interest of the investors.
The new dates of AGM as well Book Closure will be informed in due course.
