Ref:The Board of Directors of the Company
has decided the following at their Meeting held
on 27th July, 2007:
1. “The Share Transfer Register and Register
of Members will be closed from Monday, 13th August,
2007 to Friday, 17th August, 2007 (both days inclusive)
for the payment of final dividend”.
2 The date of Annual General Meeting is rescheduled
on 31st August, 2007.
