The Board of Directors of the Company has decided the following at their Meeting held on 25th May, 2007:

1. “The Share Transfer Register and Register of Members will be closed from Monday, 9th July, 2007 to Monday, 16th July, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the payment of final dividend”.
