In the Board Meeting held today, the directors
decided to pay 2nd Interim Dividend @ 100% (Rs.10/-
per share) for the financial year 2006-07.
The shareholders whose name appears on the members
register on the date of “Record Date” i.e. 22.03.2007
are entitled for the 2nd Interim Dividend. The 2nd
Interim Dividend will be paid after 22nd March,
2007.
