- The meeting of the Board of Directors will be
held on 15th March, 2007, to consider and declare
the 2nd Interim Dividend for the year 2006-07.
- The Company is proposing to declare 2nd Interim
Dividend for the year 2006-07 and in this connection,
the Board of Directors of the Company decided to
keep Thursday, 22nd March, 2007 as the “Record Date”
for the purpose of payment of 2nd Interim Dividend
for the financial year 2006-07 to those Shareholders
whose name appears on the members register as on
that date.
The 2nd Interim Dividend will be paid on or after
22nd March, 2007.
