In supersession to earlier notice dated June 18, 2007, we would like to inform you that the dates of Book Closure as fixed earlier i.e. Monday, 9th July, 2007 to Monday, 16th July, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the payment of final dividend has been deferred by the Board of Directors of the Company due to unavoidable reason.
The new dates in this connection will be notified in due course.
