This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided the following at their Meeting held on 25th May, 2006:

"The Share Transfer Register and Register of Members will be closed from Thursday, 17th August, 2006 to Thursday, 24th August, 2006 (both days inclusive) for the payment of final dividend".
