Compliance with the provision of Clause 19 & 21 of the Listing Agreement

We would like to inform you that in the Board Meeting of the Directors held today, have taken the following decisions:

• The Directors have declared an Interim dividend of Rs.10/- per share for the financial year 2006-2007.
• The Shareholders whose name appears on the members register on the date of “Record Date” i.e. 21st November, 2006 are entitled for the dividend. Dividend will be paid on or after 21st November, 2006.
