In the Board Meeting of the Directors held today, have taken the following decisions:

                   1. The Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2006 which were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 25th May, 2006. (A copy of the Financial Results is attached herewith).

                  2. The Directors have recommended final dividend of Rs.10/- per share for the year ended 31st March, 2006.
