In the interest of the shareholders, the Company is proposing to declare interim dividend and the same will be discussed in their Board Meeting will be held on 14th November, 2005.

Further, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company decided (thru a Circular Resolution) to keep Monday, 21st November, 2005 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend to those Shareholders whose name appears on the Members Register as on that date. Dividend will be paid on or after 21st November, 2005.
