In the Board Meeting held today, directors decided to pay interim dividend of Rs.10/- per share for the financial year 2003-2004.

Shareholders, whose name appears on the members register on the date of. Record Date i.e. 4th February, 2004 are entitled for the dividend. Dividend will be paid on or after 4th February, 2004.
