In the Board Meeting of the Directors held on 25th January, 2005, it was decided that Mr.Sekhar Natarajan will continue as a Managing Director till the formalities related to appointment of Mr.Felipe Osorio are completed.

The Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter ended 1st December, 2004 which were taken on record at the Board Meeting held on 25th January, 2005 has been filed with Stock Exchanges.
