The Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2005 which were taken on record at the Board Meeting held on 26th July, 2005 has been filed with Stock Exchanges on 2nd August, 2005.

Due to heavy rainfall, we were unable to fax or courier the Results on 26th July, 2005 itself. Thereafter, the Managing Director of the Company is travelling and will be back in the next week.

Therefore, please find the Results duly signed by the Company Secretary and will submit another copy in the next week as soon as the Managing Director will be back.
