With reference to our letters dated 17th December, 2004 and January 25, 2005, we would like to inform you that in the Board Meeting of the Directors held today, it was decided that Mr.Sekhar

Natarajan shall cease to be Managing Director with effect from 1st March, 2005 and Mr.Felipe Osoria will take charge as Managing Director from that date.

The service of Mr.Sekhar Natarajan is being assigned at corporate head quarter, in St.Louis., USA.
