Notice(Tuesday, 23 October, 2004)

In the Board Meeting of the Directors held today, have taken the following decisions:

1. The Directors have declared an Interim dividend of Rs.10/- per share for the financial year 2004-2005.
2. The Shareholders, whose name appears on the members register on the date of " Record Date " i.e. 10th November, 2004 are entitled for the dividend. Dividend will be paid on or after 10th November, 2004.
3. The Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter ended 30th September, 2004 which were taken on record at the Board Meeting held on 23rd October, 2004.
