We would like to inform you that in the Board Meeting of the Directors held today, it was decided that Mr.Sekhar Natarajan shall ceased to be Managing Director with effect from 1st February, 2005 and Mr.Felipe Osoria will take charge as Managing Director from that date.

The services of Mr.Sekhar Natarajan, with a view to providing career progression is being assigned at Corporate head quarter, in St.Louis., USA.
