The Board of Directors of the Company has decided the following at their Meeting held on 21st May, 2004:

The Share Transfer Register and Register of Members will be closed from Wednesday, 18th August, 2004 to Wednesday, 25th August, 2004 (both days inclusive) for the payment of final dividend.
