We would like to inform you that the Company will publish Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2003 before 30th June, 2003, as per the provisions of Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement and hence not going to publish Unaudited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2003.
