Notes :

The Company's performance is affected having regard to the mix of products sold in respective quarters. The Company has one primary business segment namely "Agriculture Inputs" Information on investor complaints for the quarter (Nos.): Opening Balance - 0, New - 17, Disposals - 17 and Closing Balance - 0. The results have been approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 26th July, 2005. The Statutory Auditors have carried out a limited review of the results for three months ended 30th June, 2005. Previous period's/Year's figures have been re-grouped wherever necessary to correspond with the current period's/year's figures.
