Notes :

The Company has one segment of activity namely "Agriculture Inputs" and hence seasonal in nature. Information on investor complaints/ communications for the quarter (Nos.); Opening Balance-0, New- 86, Disposals- 86 and Closing Balance- 0. The results have been taken on record by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 22nd October, 2003. The Statutory Auditors have carried out a limited review of the results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2003. Previous period’s/ Year’s figures have been re-grouped wherever necessary to correspond with the current period’s/ year’s figures.
