Notice(Wednesday, 13th March, 2002)

Notice is hereby given that in compliance with the letters received from the Stock Exchanges insisting on 30 days notice for fixing of Record Date for payment of Interim Dividend, the Board of Directors of the Company has revoked its earlier decision to pay Interim Dividend for the financial year 2001-2002, declared at the Board Meeting held on 8th March, 2002 and has also cancelled the Record Date of 26th March, 2002 fixed for this purpose.
