IN RESPECT OF MR. H. C. ASHER, MR.MARK J. DEADWYLER
& MR.PRADEEP PODDAR:
• Mr. H. C. Asher, 72 years, holds M.A., LL.B. degree
from Mumbai University. He joined the Board of Directors
of the Company in the year 1973. He is a Senior Partner
of Messrs. Crawford Bayley & Co., a leading firm of
Advocates and Solicitors in Mumbai. He has been in
practice for over 50 years and has vast experience
in the legal field and particularly on matters relating
to corporate laws.
His current directorship/membership is as follows:
• Mr. Mark J. Deadwyler,
38 years, holds M.B.A. degree from the University
of Missouri, St.Louis and B.S. in Business Administration
from the University of Missouri. He joined the Board
of Directors of the Company in the year 2005. He is
presently the Director Finance for Monsanto – Asia
Pacific Region. His current responsibilities include
all financial and controllership operations for Monsanto
in the Asia/Pacific region. He has been associated
with Monsanto since last 14 years in various global
roles as World-Area Treasury Lead, Investors Relations,
strategy, manufacturing and business analysis.

is as follows:
• Mr. Pradeep Poddar,
52 years, is a Chemical Engineer from UDCT-Mumbai
and MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad. He has vast experience
in top level Management and is a veteran of the consumer
goods Industry. He successfully built a robust business
footprint for Heinz India and created a strong portfolio
for some of the superbrands. He worked with Heinz
India upto the year 2004. He joined the Board of Directors
of the Company on 30th December, 2005.
